Heather Wright aka Ginger Bot

Hello!

My name is Heather Wright. My nickname is Ginger and I love robots so I am also known as Ginger Bot.

I live in Flint, Michigan with my husband Joe and two dogs: Mel, a Husky, Golden Retriever mix and The Dude, a Beagle mix.

I currently work at the Flint Institute of Arts in the Marketing Department and am the Digital Media Manager. The Flint Institute of Arts is an art museum, with art enrichment classes and educational programs. The FIA also has a glassblowing studio and flameworking studio with an extensive contemporary glass collection. My job responsibilities include social media management, digital media management, photography, graphic design, videography, website design and management, email marketing, SEO management, and online presence management. I also have some IT experience.

I love helping anyone out and my co-workers often rely on me to help with various design projects. Sometimes this can be a fault as I hate to say no to anyone. I also see this as a virtue since it gives me the opportunity to gain more experience and exercise my creative muscles and problem-solving skills.

I love to learn and value a good lesson.
